Sytner Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Sunderland to handle booking calls, schedule appointments and deliver excellent customer service. You will support Service Advisors and act as the vital link between customers and the workshop.

This fast-paced role emphasizes customer care, learning, and progress, with full in-house and manufacturer training. Weekend patterns may be involved as part of flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be willing to learn and progress with full training offered.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach and good communication abilities.
• Experience with Kerridge is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound booking calls and schedule customer bookings.
• Provide clear information and ensure exceptional service throughout the call.
• Support Service Advisors and act as a link between customers and workshop.
• Keep customers informed during vehicle service and liaise with technicians.
• Deliver professional and friendly service, building rapport with customers.
