Group 1 Automotive in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz Stratford Upon-Avon to be the main contact for customers while their vehicles are serviced or repaired. You will build trust, provide updates, and promote additional services in a busy aftersales environment.

The role offers opportunities to learn through manufacturer-led training, work across sites, and progress within a global automotive group focused on exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Skilled at identifying customer needs and upselling opportunities.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in a target-driven role and meeting goals.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Keep customers informed on progress of vehicle repairs with transparency.
• Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training.
• Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations.
• Schedule vehicles for appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records within our systems.
