Job summary

Sytner Group is hiring a Trainee Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Sunderland to learn on the job and build a career in automotive service. You will manage inbound and outbound call bookings, provide clear information, and ensure every caller receives excellent service as part of a smooth customer journey.

You'll support Senior Service Advisors, keep customers updated on vehicle progress, and liaise with technicians to help the workshop run efficiently.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and progress
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Experience in busy call-handling environments is beneficial (not required)

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound booking calls
