Job summary

Sytner Group, at Mercedes-Benz of Sunderland, is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor to join our team. You will manage inbound and outbound booking calls, schedule customer bookings, provide clear information and ensure an exceptional level of service throughout the customer journey.

You will support our Service Advisors, act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, keep customers informed on service progress and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and progress with full training provided in-house and by the manufacturer.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach and experience in busy or call-handling environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound booking calls and schedule customer bookings.
• Provide clear information and ensure an exceptional level of service to callers.
• Support Service Advisors and act as the link between customers and the workshop.
• Keep customers informed about service progress and liaise with technicians and workshop control.
• Offer confident advice on products and services and maintain a professional, friendly experience.
• Role may include weekend shifts to maintain high service levels.
