Job summary

Park's Motor Group in Ayr is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to learn every aspect of the customer journey, from initial greeting to handing over the keys. You'll support customers' needs and build lasting relationships in our friendly sales team.

Successful candidates will undergo our bespoke Sales Training Evaluation Program and can earn an OTE of £50,000 with uncapped earning potential. A company vehicle and a 5-day week are part of the package.

Qualifications

No formal qualifications required; comprehensive training provided.
Excellent customer service and communication skills is essential.
IT literate and able to use sales technology and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Support customers through the full sales journey from greeting to handing over keys.

As a Trainee Sales Executive at Park’s Motor Group, you will be geared up for every aspect of the customer experience. From the first hello to handing over the keys, you will support the customer’s needs as you build ongoing relationships. If you are a self-motivated individual, who can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an exciting opportunity to join our friendly Sales teams in Ayr.
