Job summary

Park’s Motor Group in Carlisle is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to support the customer experience from first hello to handover, and to build lasting relationships. You will join a friendly sales team and participate in bespoke training to develop the skills needed for a successful career in automotive sales.

The role emphasises customer service excellence, energy, and teamwork. A full UK driving licence is required, with ongoing training and company benefits including a vehicle and generous

Qualifications

Be self-driven for success.
Have plenty of energy and enthusiasm!
Be organised and act in a professional manner.
Deliver outstanding customer service – making sure all customers are left feeling completely satisfied.
Be able to build a natural rapport with customers.
Be IT literate and have the ability to use modern technology and sales techniques.
Be able to effectively operate as part of a team.
Have exemplary communication skills (written & verbal).
Have a full clean UK driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsibilities

Support the customer experience from the first hello to handing over the keys and build ongoing relationships.
Assist customers as you guide them through the sales process and handover.
Participate in Park’s bespoke Sales Training Evaluation Program to become a success.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
