Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme. As a Trainee Surveyor you’ll be mentored on site during property inspections and valuations, while engaging in structured classroom sessions to build practical surveying skills.

You could join with 1 year of relevant experience and a RICS bachelor’s degree, or 2 years with a higher/advanced qualification, or 4 years with no qualification. SAVA Diploma holders are welcome.

Qualifications

• One of the following must apply: 1 year relevant experience with a RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree, or 2 years relevant experience with a RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification, or 4 years relevant experience with no qualification.

Responsabilités

• Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys and valuations.
• Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions.
• Learn to interpret data, analyse property details and produce professional reports.
• Develop skills in industry‑leading surveying tools and software.

Formation

RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree
