Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme to start a rewarding career as a Residential Surveyor. You can qualify by meeting one of several routes, including 1 year experience with a RICS-accredited degree, 2 years with a higher/advanced qualification, or 4 years of relevant
Qualifications
- One of: 1 year experience + RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree, or 2 years experience + RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification, or 4 years experience (no qualification).
- SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations.
- Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions.
- Learn how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports.
- Develop skills in industry-leading surveying tools and software.
