Morgan Sindall Property Services is recruiting a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer for the Basildon Planned contract, based at our Basildon Office, Essex. The role focuses on delivering first-class liaison and admin support to the project team and residents.
You will shadow an RLO on visits, log and resolve complaints, and maintain records while promoting safeguarding across the works program. A UK driving licence is required and proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, Full Time (40 hours per week)
We are looking to recruit a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer to join our Basildon Planned contract, based at our Basildon Office, Essex.
Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll deliver first-class liaison and administrative support in a busy environment to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner.
You'll shadow an RLO on all visits, to observe and eventually learn the procedures, visiting residents in their homes throughout the duration of the works. You'll assist in logging any complaints received in accordance with policy and procedure, swiftly resolving and advising the resident of the outcome.
You'll keep manual and electronic records of all enquiries, requests and complaints taking appropriate action where necessary, communicating with residents and clients throughout the works program, promoting a safeguarding culture within Morgan Sindall.
You'll be a strong communicator, able to communicate very confidently both verbally and in writing with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. Previous experience in project administration is preferred
You must have a Full UK Driving License to be successful in this role.
