Morgan Sindall Property Services is recruiting a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer for the Basildon Planned contract, based at our Basildon Office, Essex. The role focuses on delivering first-class liaison and admin support to the project team and residents.

You will shadow an RLO on visits, log and resolve complaints, and maintain records while promoting safeguarding across the works program. A UK driving licence is required and proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Previous project administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver liaison and administrative support to the project team.
• Shadow an RLO on visits to observe procedures and learn the process.
• Log complaints and advise residents on outcomes in line with policy.
• Maintain manual and electronic records of enquiries, requests and complaints.
