Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services seeks a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer for the Basildon Planned contract, Basildon Office, Essex. You will shadow an RLO, visit residents, log complaints, and support the team, building a safeguarding culture and maintaining clear records. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

You will develop your administrative skills, communicate with residents and clients, and contribute to a high-quality service as works progress across the site.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in project administration preferred.
• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with residents and clients in a professional, respectful manner.
• Log and respond to complaints in line with policy and procedures.
• Maintain manual and electronic records of enquiries and actions taken.
• Assist on visits and support the project team throughout the works.

Job description

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer to join our Basildon Planned contract, based at our Basildon Office, Essex. About the Role Working to deliver the best quality service, you'll deliver first-class liaison and administrative support in a busy environment to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner. You'll shadow an RLO on all visits, to observe and eventually learn the procedures, visiting residents in their homes throughout the duration of the works. You'll assist in logging any complaints received in accordance with policy and procedure, swiftly resolving and advising the resident of the outcome. You'll keep manual and electronic records of all enquiries, requests and complaints taking appropriate action where necessary, communicating with residents and clients throughout the works program, promoting a safeguarding culture within Morgan Sindall.

You’ll be a strong communicator, able to communicate very confidently both verbally and in writing with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. Previous experience in project administration is preferred You must have a Full UK Driving License to be successful in this role.
