Salary: Base: Flexible - DOE (1st year OTE £45k+ 2nd Year OTE £65k+ 3rd year OTE £100k) & un-capped commission up to 60% + Several company benefits (See below).

The Role: What you'll be doing:

• Managing your own desk as a 360 recruitment Consultant: generating leads, pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and fulfilling recruitment needs.
• Building key relationships within the industry and becoming an expert in your market, enhancing your personal brand across our platforms.
• Implementing a comprehensive approach to business development through candidate and client-led methodologies.

Requirements: What we are looking for

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who are financially driven.
• Experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or other customer-facing roles.
