As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Building lasting, trusted relationships with candidates and clients

• Arranging and managing interviews, guiding candidates from initial interest to successful placement
• Providing excellent aftercare support to placed candidates
• Writing engaging job adverts
• Headhunting and vetting new candidates for live roles
