About the Role

Our technology recruitment teams seek highly driven individuals with high aspirations and resilience to succeed in recruitment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

1. Source mid-senior candidates in Insurance, Banking, or Technology through cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet client needs.
2. Manage the entire interview process, including coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing offers.
3. Engage in active business development by meeting new clients, cold-calling, providing market insights, and building long-term relationships.
4. Build strong networks within your specialization, connecting with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 companies, converting these relationships into business opportunities.
5. Opportunity to develop your own recruitment business with support from Gravitas mentorship, training, and resources.
