About the Recruitment Consultant Role:

1. Manage and develop a busy temp and perm multi-sector desk, achieving weekly and monthly KPIs.
2. Conduct sales activities such as cold calling, client meetings, and networking events.
3. Develop and grow the client base by sourcing new business, following up leads, and strengthening existing relationships.
4. Match client vacancies with suitable candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
5. Provide excellent service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. A full UK driving license is required for client visits, when safe to do so according to COVID guidelines.
