Job summary

Whiteoak Associates is seeking a Trainee Quantity Surveyor in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The role offers up to £35,000 plus benefits and the chance to work on commercial office projects with hands-on experience from seasoned QS professionals.

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification and be prepared to split time between office and construction sites, with strong numeracy and communication skills and a commitment to pursuing a Quantity Surveying degree if required.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and keen to develop a career in Quantity Surveying.
• Willing to work between the office and construction sites.
• Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across office and construction sites.
• Learn from two experienced Quantity Surveyors.
• Support degree sponsorship and training opportunities.
