Whiteoak Associates, a specialist contractor designing, fabricating & installing glazing and structural steel for Commercial Office and Residential Developers, seeks a Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years UK construction experience. Based near Reading, you will travel to site and work with Sales, Design, Production, Project Management and clients.

The successful candidate will hold a QS or related qualification; have contract admin, budgeting, procurement experience; knowledge of JCT terms; and will

• Quantity Surveying or construction-related qualification.
• Experience as Project QS within a contractor, principal contractor or construction material manufacturer.
• Experience in financial management, procurement and administration of contracts.
• Experience managing project budgets and setting up financial controls.
• Knowledge of JCT contract terms and variations.
