Job summary

Jago Consultants seeks a Trainee Customer Service Advisor for a main car dealership in the Eastbourne area. No automotive experience is required as full training will be provided; strong customer service background and organisational skills are essential. A full driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Customer Service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Explain service and repair work to customers in a professional manner.
• Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
• Upsell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs.
• Explain timescales and collection arrangements to customers.
• Create job cards on in-house computer system.
• Update customer and vehicle records.
• Document warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
• Prepare and complete invoices.
