THE EMPLOYER IS: CARGO COFFEEThis role suits someone eager to learn and grow within a fast-moving, hands-on marketing environment. You will support social content creation, assist with campaigns, manage in-store promotions, engage with local community initiatives, and help deliver consistent brand messaging across digital and physical channels. Training will include social media management, basic design tools, customer insights, promotional planning, and campaign analytics. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, curiosity, organisation, and a genuine passion for brand-building within coffee culture. This is an exciting development role with real opportunity to progress into marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Help maintain consistent brand messaging across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Support community engagement initiatives, events, and local partnerships.
  • Assist with basic design tasks using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
  • Capture photos and short videos in-store for marketing use.
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist with responding to messages and comments.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to support marketing decisions.
  • Assist with promotional planning, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support reporting on campaign performance and basic analytics.
  • Maintain organised marketing calendars, content plans, and asset folders.
  • Work closely with shop and management teams to ensure promotions are correctly implemented.
