Qualifications

• Passion for property and customer service.
• Must have access to a vehicle less than 10 years old.
• Full UK Driving Licence required for manual or automatic car.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential tenants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Generate new leads through canvassing and door knocking.
• Develop strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
