2i Recruit Ltd is representing an established property business seeking a Senior Lettings Consultant to join their growing lettings team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on taking ownership of applicant enquiries, property viewings and tenancy progression while supporting the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have lettings experience, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience within residential lettings or a similar property-related role.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with prospective tenants, landlords and applicants.
• Understanding customer requirements and matching them with suitable properties.
• Conducting property viewings and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Progressing tenancies from application through to move-in.
• Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the lettings department.
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and service standards.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
• Acting as a senior member of the team, providing support and guidance where required.
