Pyramid Search and Selection LTD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their field operations in the United Kingdom. You will maintain and repair hardware on customer sites, predominantly ATMs, with full training provided.

A UK driving licence is essential as you will operate a company van and travel within Hounslow and surrounding areas. The role offers on-site work with equipment and support, and a focus on high-quality customer service in varied environments.

Competenze

• Technical hands-on hardware experience on ATM/self-service devices or similar.
• Experience with Windows-based software is advantageous.
• Previous customer-facing work experience and ability to meet SLAs.

Mansioni

• Maintain/repair hardware on-site at customer locations (ATMs, self-service devices, kiosks, lockers, vending).
• Diagnose issues quickly and perform repairs.
• Respond to hardware problems on-site and communicate with customers professionally.
