Pyramid Search & Selection is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers in the UK, primarily covering Hounslow and surrounding areas. You will service and repair self-service devices at banks, supermarkets, and independents, travelling daily in a company van with a laptop and phone provided.

The ideal candidate has hands-on hardware experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Formación

• Technical hands-on experience with hardware (self-service devices, ATMs, kiosks, vending machines) is essential.
• Experience with Windows-based software is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing environment with SLA targets.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain/repair hardware on customer sites, mainly ATMs and related devices.
• Diagnose problems quickly and perform on-site repairs.
• Respond to hardware issues and communicate with customers professionally.
