Pyramid Search and Selection is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service ATM and self-service devices across Edinburgh and surrounding areas. The role involves traveling to client sites, performing maintenance, and providing technical support with a company van, laptop, and mobile provided.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ATMs or similar hardware, a full UK driving licence, and a flexible, customer-focused approach.

Competenze

• Essential hands-on technical experience with self-service machines, ATMs, or related hardware.
• Experience with Windows-based software is advantageous.
• Previous customer-facing work with SLAs and high service standards.

Mansioni

• Maintain and repair hardware on customer sites, focusing on ATMs and self-service devices.
• Diagnose and fix issues quickly to minimise downtime.
• Respond to on-site technical problems and communicate with customers professionally.
• Coordinate with logistics for parts and with subcontractors as needed.
