This role involves supporting the Nursery Manager and leading a team to deliver high-quality care. Deputy Nursery Manager (Trainee)

Are you an experienced Room Leader ready for your next career step? Join a leading group of independent Montessori nurseries in West London and train to become a Deputy Nursery Manager!

You’ll receive personal mentoring and leadership training, with a clear path to management within 6–12 months.

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 (with performance-based reviews)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Shift: Rotating shifts between 7:30am – 6:30pm OR choose a fixed early shift (7:30am – 4:30pm) and enjoy your afternoons free!

Location: Acton, W3 8GJ – only 2 minutes from South Acton Station
