Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is seeking Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Cirencester. You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared work, and maintain a positive learning environment during teacher absences.

Ideal candidates are graduates or those with experience with teenagers, who are confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour. Training is provided, with flexible 2–5 days per week schedules.

Trainee Cover Supervisors – Cirencester

£120 per day | Full Training Provided | Flexible Working (2–5 Days per Week)

Are you confident, personable, and looking for a rewarding role working with young people?

We are seeking Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Cirencester. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, support workers, or anyone with experience working with teenagers who is looking to gain valuable school‑based experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classes of approximately 30 secondary‑aged students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will deliver pre‑prepared work, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout the lesson.

The Role

• Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
