Job summary

Connex Education Partnership is looking for Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Stroud. You will supervise classes in teacher absence, deliver pre-set materials, and manage behaviour while building positive relationships with students and staff.

Ideal for graduates or those with experience with teenagers seeking school-based experience. Training is provided, with flexible 2–5 days per week and daily pay of £120.

Are you confident, personable, and looking for a rewarding role working with young people? We are seeking Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Stroud. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, youth workers, sports coaches, support workers, or anyone with experience working with teenagers who is looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

The Role

• Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
