Protocol Education is recruiting a Trainee Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Peterlee and surrounding areas. The role is full-time during term time, with hours Monday to Friday aligned to school times.
No school experience required; ideal backgrounds include sports coaching, youth work or care. You will help pupils engage, build confidence and develop social and emotional skills, with ongoing CPD and dedicated consultant support.

This could be ideal for someone from a sports, youth work, care, mentoring or support background who wants to move into education.

Drivers with access to their own vehicle are particularly welcome, but driving is not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
