The employer is Cancer Focus NI. All duties involve running a charity shop with the aim of achieving optimum profit by maximising sales. You will assist with the management of staff and volunteers to ensure efficient shop operation. Customer service, cash handling, and stock processing are the major roles of the job, building up knowledge and responsibility over time.
Standard hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/reduced hours may be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional hours may be offered depending on availability – to be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
