Job summary

Northern is seeking a Train Presentation Supervisor to lead and motivate on-site teams across multiple depots. You’ll set standards, supervise rotas and inspections, and drive continuous improvement while staying calm and decisive when things go off track.

This hands-on leadership role requires a full UK driving licence, COSHH awareness, and excellent communication. You’ll travel between sites as needed, use Excel and other tools to keep records up to date, and champion safe, efficient, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with diverse staff.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between depots.
• COSHH/health and safety awareness.
• Proficiency with Excel and digital record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and organise train presentation teams across multiple depots.
• Be a visible on-site presence, check standards, provide support.
• Manage rotas, site visits, inspections, and performance checks.
• Coach teams to improve and handle challenging conversations.
• Travel between sites to support operations; manage absence and behaviours.
• Handle administration: diaries, meetings, room bookings, letters, and updates.
