Job summary

Tended is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead on-site implementations of safety technology in the rail sector across the UK. This role focuses on guiding client teams, coaching users, and ensuring safe deployment with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes, maintain excellent stakeholder relationships, and adapt to field conditions, including night shifts and travel across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as ES/ESA/COSS or similar on-site railway leadership roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Willing to lead on-site coaching and training for users.
• Strong initiative with process discipline and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client deployments on-site across UK sites.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless adoption.
• Coach users and train site teams to operate independently.
• Identify improvement opportunities from field deployments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and balance safety and delivery.
