Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to balance quality, safety and cost while delivering results.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Train Presentation teams across your region, ensuring safety, quality and teamwork.
• Plan people and resources to meet train service needs.
• Drive consistent cleaning standards across depots and TrainCare Centres.
• Build strong relationships with depots, operational colleagues, trade unions and third-party partners.
• Manage budgets, stock and equipment to ensure resources are available when needed.
• Monitor performance through audits and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and implement lessons learned.
• Recruit, coach and develop colleagues and foster a supportive environment.
• Lead change while maintaining safety and operational excellence.
