Qualifications

• CSCS card is mandatory for on-site access.
• SSSTS completion demonstrates site supervision safety competence.
• UK Driving Licence required for travel to sites.
• Additional certifications (FLT/IPAF/Telehandler/PASMA) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site installation teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Hands on during the installations while running the team.
• Interpret and implement installation plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and enforce RAMS.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee the safe operation of tools, machinery, and equipment on-site.
• Manage site logistics, including delivery and storage of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, progress reports, and incident records.
• Identify and address potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment always.
