Job summary

Hitachi Rail UK Limited is seeking a Train Presentation Supervisor based in Bristol at Stoke Gifford Train Maintenance Centre. This permanent role involves managing KPI delivery for Class 800 IEP rolling stock, overseeing cleaning teams and ensuring safety compliance on the Intercity Express Program.

You will lead and train staff on KPI processes, maintain records in SAP, and collaborate with production to meet presentation standards while working a rotating night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery of service quality and audits.
• Good written and verbal communications skills; report writing.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
• Understanding of health and safety requirements in a working environment.
• Manage resources to ensure HR policy compliance including recruitment, staff performance, training and appraisals.
• Experience with equal opportunities and CSR policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and record KPI inspections as per contract.
• Support KPI assessments and audits.
• Produce KPI reports for Operations Management.
• Maintain KPI records in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate with production teams to meet train presentation standards.
• Oversee cleaning services and cleaners on site.
• Monitor teams to ensure duties completed and safety standards followed.
• Develop and maintain procedures for on-site cleaning, grounds and waste services.
• Ensure licenses and certificates are available for audit.
