AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking an Assistant Traffic Control Systems Engineer to join a dynamic team delivering traffic signal and ITS projects. You will design 2D/3D traffic signal installations using AutoCAD, develop engineering drawings, and support site surveys and commissioning across the UK.

You will work with mentors on live schemes, expanding your knowledge in transport technology, digital/highway design, and professional registration toward Chartership.

Qualificações

• Developing technical knowledge in traffic signals and highways design.
• Experience with CAD software and 2D/3D design is desirable.
• An interest in pursuing professional registration and chartership.

Responsabilidades

• Design of Traffic Signal Installations in 2D and 3D using AutoCAD.
• Provide solutions to design problems.
• Prepare engineering calculations and drawings.
• Site visits for surveys and support installation and optimisation.
• Test and commission equipment.
• Support project administration.
• Write technical notes and project reports.
• Work with senior staff to report progress.
