AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Traffic Control Systems Engineer to lead world-class projects for UK clients from bases in Epsom or Bristol with hybrid working. You will supervise traffic signal and ITS scheme delivery, provide expert design and advisory support, and mentor junior staff across a range of urban and national projects.

You will engage with clients, manage budgets and risks, and contribute to the strategic direction of traffic technology and mobility solutions within the IMST

Qualifikationen

• In-depth knowledge of design processes and best practice for traffic signals and highways design.
• Experience leading multiple projects for various clients.

Aufgaben

• Supervise delivery of Traffic Signal and ITS schemes from inception to operation.
• Engage with clients to provide technical advice and progress project delivery.
• Develop and mentor junior staff on technical and project management tasks.
• Prepare and review high-quality technical reports.
• Monitor budgets, risks and issues to keep projects on time and budget.
• Deliver outputs across projects while leading small teams.
