Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of traffic signals design, highways design and ITS operation.
• Experience leading feasibility and detailed design activities with tender packages.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising the delivery of Traffic Signal and ITS schemes from inception to operation.
• Engaging with clients to provide technical advice and develop opportunities.
• Mentoring less experienced staff on technical delivery and project management.
• Delivering and reviewing high-quality technical reports and presentations.
• Directing and managing projects, monitoring budgets and risks.
