Job summary

Holland & Barrett in the United Kingdom is seeking a Trade Plan Calendar & Governance Manager to own the UKIE trade calendar, bringing together milestones, decisions and accountable owners across channels. You will ensure visibility of commitments and escalate overdue items to keep plans on track.

The role requires coordinating across commercial teams, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolve dependencies. Hybrid working with office presence is expected.

Trade Plan Calendar & Governance Manager (42925)

Nuneaton | Permanent | Hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

One trade plan. Multiple teams. One clear view of what needs to happen, when, and who needs to make it happen.

Our UKIE trade plan brings together customer moments, campaigns, launches and promotions across the business. Making that plan work depends on teams having the same information, clear decisions and a shared view of what comes next.

What you'll be doing

• Own the UKIE trade calendar, bringing key commercial activity together across channels and planning horizons.
• Set out the milestones, decision points and stage gates teams need to work to, with clear owners and inputs.
• Keep decisions and actions visible, following up on commitments and escalating overdue items where needed.
• Identify conflicting activity, missing information and dependencies early, giving the Head of Omnichannel Trade Plan the evidence needed to resolve priorities.
• Improve the templates, standards and ways of working that make the calendar easier to use and the plan more reliable.

What you'll bring

• Knowledge of retail trade planning, calendar management and planning governance.
• Confidence working across commercial teams, connecting the detail and bringing people together around shared priorities.
• A sharp eye for detail, disciplined follow-through and the confidence to challenge gaps, clarify ownership and keep actions moving.
• Experience of programme or project management would be useful.
