Holland & Barrett in the United Kingdom is seeking a Trade Plan Calendar & Governance Manager to own the UKIE trade calendar, bringing together milestones, decisions and accountable owners across channels. You will ensure visibility of commitments and escalate overdue items to keep plans on track.

The role requires coordinating across commercial teams, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to resolve dependencies. Hybrid working with office presence is expected.

Formación

• Experience in retail trade planning and calendar governance.
• Ability to coordinate across commercial teams and align priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with disciplined follow-through.
• Experience in programme or project management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the UKIE trade calendar, consolidating key commercial activity across channels and planning horizons.
• Set milestones, decision points and stage gates with clear owners and inputs.
• Keep decisions and actions visible, following up on commitments and escalating overdue items.
• Identify conflicts, missing information and dependencies early to support priority decisions.
• Improve templates, standards and ways of working to make the calendar and plan more reliable.
