Job summary

Magnet’s Walthamstow Selco Showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role is based within our Selco concession, focused on the Trade customer and building strong relationships that promote repeat business.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is based within our Selco concession, meaning it is focused around the Trade customer and building strong relationships that promote repeat business.

Who We’re Looking For

• An understanding of the KBB industry is beneficial but not essential
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
