Job summary

Magnet Doncaster Showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

You’ll convert enquiries into high‑value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value, and build strong relationships from start to finish, with a view to hitting targets. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement design and showroom sales.
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

12 month Fixed Term Contract

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
