Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from initial showroom conversation to installation, delivering tailored kitchen designs and an exceptional customer experience. The role offers uncapped commission and a base of £26,550 with an OTE around £32,000+.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens, build lasting client relationships, manage your pipeline, and conduct home visits to identify upsell opportunities while achieving sales targets.

• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
