Job summary

Magnet is looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from initial showroom conversation to installation. You will design tailored kitchens, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales while building trust and securing margins.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales
• Design kitchens that balance creativity and commercial value

• Manage your pipeline and follow up leads
• Conduct home visits and identify upselling opportunities
• Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
