Job summary

Magnet South Wimbledon showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and converts into sales and increases earnings.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens that balance creativity and commercial value, build strong customer relationships from start to finish, manage your pipeline, conduct home visits, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Ability to close sales and influence decision making.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work weekends.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £32,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends
