Job summary

Liverpool Showroom at Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation. Design tailored kitchens, deliver exceptional experiences, and drive sales and earnings through commissions.

The role offers a base salary of £26,550 with uncapped commission (OTE circa £40,000+). You’ll convert enquiries, design layouts balancing creativity with value, and nurture relationships from start to finish while meeting targets and

Qualifications

• Have experience in home improvement design and showroom sales
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
• Great communication and organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
