Job summary

Magnet in Doncaster is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to manage the full customer journey from showroom talk to installation. You will design tailored kitchens that blend creativity with commercial value and deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives trust and sales.

You will convert inquiries, build relationships, manage your pipeline, and conduct home visits to upsell where appropriate. A strong focus on meeting targets and providing top-notch service is essential.

Doncaster Showroom
£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

What you’ll be doing

• Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales

• Build strong customer relationships from start to finish

• Manage your pipeline and follow up leads

• Conduct home visits and identify upselling opportunities

• Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

Who we’re looking for

• Have experience in home improvement design and showroom sales

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs

• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions

• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences

• Great communication and organisation skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Flexibility to work weekends
