Job summary

Magnet in Esher is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from the showroom to installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and drives sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens with a balance of creativity and commercial value, and maintain strong relationships from start to finish. Training is provided to help you succeed and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £45,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
