Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, retail or customer service environment.
• Motivated by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to adapt quickly to a varied, fast paced workload.
• Confident and friendly communicator who builds strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Selling the full range of products and services to trade customers.
• Processing orders, providing pricing and quotations, and managing delivery expectations.
• Generating and following up on leads to drive sales.
• Supporting the warehouse to keep the depot running smoothly.
• Unloading and checking incoming stock deliveries and maintaining stock records.
• Conducting weekly stock checks and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.
