Responsibilities

• Provide first-class IT operational support across Trackside and TestOps.
• Support and maintain IT services used by key stakeholders.
• Work within a small team to deliver high-level IT support.
• Deliver dedicated 24x7 remote support to trackside staff during race seasons.
• Manage incidents, requests and tasks from submission to resolution.
