Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the IT department. You will provide support across multiple sites including Biggin Hill, St James Market and the Event Technical Centre, handling hardware, software and telecom systems with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Reporting to the IT Support Manager, you will review and resolve logged issues, liaise with users, manage hardware rollouts, and follow change-management processes while keeping documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with device management and IT infrastructure basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support across multiple sites (Biggin Hill, St James Market, Event Technical Centre).
• Review, reassign or expand logged IT tickets to maintain service levels and resolve issues promptly.
• Escalate and communicate with stakeholders per IT policies; assist C-Suite when needed.
• Maintain hardware deployment, updates and drivers; update IT documentation.
